Our Story

Covenant Fellowship Church began as a small group of believers meeting weekly at the home of Todd and Sabrina Barnes in Greenville, TX.  This core group was made up of individuals, from all walks of life, who shared a common vision and goal to see the Gospel shared and lives changed in our community in Hunt County, Texas.

Todd was called to be our pastor and we continue to lift up him as he seeks the Holy Spirit's guidance in following God's will for Covenant Fellowship Church.

In early 2017, our small group of believers outgrew meeting in a home and the decision was made to seek a suitable location for growth and continued worship.  We eventually located that site in a store front located at Hwy 34 S. and FM 1570.  Meeting here allowed further growth, and through the Holy Spirit, we were given the vision of seeking land where we could build a building that would become our permanent church home; eventually leading us to our current location.

Through unprecedented growth that can only be attributed to the miraculous power of our Heavenly Father, Covenant Fellowship's church family continues to follow God's Word and strives to see Jesus shared through the Gospel throughout Greenville and surrounding communities.  We are committed to following Jesus every step of the way!
That means we:

• encourage prayer in church and throughout life,
• love people outside the church through generosity, compassion, & invitation,
• seek to glorify Jesus through relevant teaching of God's Word, true worship, authentic fellowship, and a heart for the Gospel.
